The Importance of Dry Brushing!
Dry brushing is a practice used by many to promote blood circulation in the skin and to prevent cellulite and varicose veins. 90% of women will develop cellulite naturally, so I suggest if you don't have it you strap up for battle and if you do have it start a regiment to reduce/eliminate it. Dry brushing is a great option that you can easily work into your daily routine. Invest in a good long handle bamboo brush. There are many options on the net. I got mine from bath and body works for about $10. Before your shower while your skin is dry brush your skin in cellulite/varicose vein prone areas like your Thighs, Butt, Calves, Stomach, Arms. You want to brush in long strokes toward your heart. So basically if you were brushing your legs it would be in an upward stroke. Brush your skin all over for about 2-3 minutes. Then jump into the shower as usual. This will keep your skin youthful and glowing. If you have cellulite you have to implement change in your diet and maintain a exercise regiment to eliminate it but it can be done. So get to brushing!...Live, Learn, Love!!!

Why you should be drinking coconut water...
Coconuts seem to be one of the most beneficial fruits. I mean it has what seems to be an endless amount of uses. Today's focus will be the water of young coconuts. Usually when you buy coconut water from the supermarket it is the water of young coconuts. Young coconuts can be identified by their green exterior not to be confused with their aged counter parts with the brown shell which is usually what we think about when we think about coconuts. Young coconuts contain the most liquid. You can either buy a batch of young coconuts and cut them open your self or buy coconut water from the supermarket. When buying boxed or canned coconut water there are a few things to look for. You want to make sure you read the ingredients and be certain that you are buying %100 coconut water. Some brands add sugar and flavors you don't want any of that. Now coconut water can be a bit on the expensive side ranging anywhere from $4-$6 per liter. So if you find it on sale stock up it has a pretty good shelf life unopened. Drinking coconut water has sooooo many benefits so I will list my favorites. It is a diuretic which means it helps to cleanse your kidneys and urinary tract. It is also great for your skin when applied directly or injected Lifehaque.org wrote ...."Picture-Perfect Skin.
For those with acne or other blemishes on the surface of the skin, topical application of coconut water can go a great distance as it has the ability to clear up and subsequently tone the skin. It also moisturizes the skin from within if ingested orally and eliminates large amounts of oil. This explains why products such as facial creams, shampoos, conditioners and lotions that contain traces of coconut extract are more effective." Also my secret use for coconut water is it promotes vaginal wetness. Drinking a good amount of coconut water in your diet is great for your vagina. Have you ever heard that pineapple juice does a certain "something" for men and their secretions? Lol Well ladies let's just say coconut water does the same thing for us! Wink, wink ;) .....Live, Learn, Love!

The Power of Green Tea
I am sure you have probably heard many good things about Green Tea, but I wanted to take some time out to sing it's praises here on my blog. I have never been a big coffee or tea drinker until recently. I originally picked up a box of green tea about a year ago during my weight loss journey. I had read some where that Green Tea helped burn calories and sped up the weight loss process so I opted to try it. What I discovered was amazing. I drank a cup with just a twist of lemon one morning and noticed the tremendous amount of energy that I had! Green Tea contains natural caffeine and it really packs a punch. I also begain to store my used tea bags in the fridge and use them under my eyes to wake up my skin and reduce the bags under my eyes in the morning. Wow what a difference! Not only was it soothing it really worked. Drinking Green Tea every morning also did help me to drop pounds. Drinking a hot cup of Green Tea in the morning with a twist of lemon or lime and preferably no sugar is also great for your skin and body. The hot water and citrus help to cleanse impurities and mucus from your body. Pick up a box of a Green Tea today! Live, Learn, Love!!
